I use tools like Stakeholder Maps, Business Model Canvas, and How Might We framing to surface challenges and opportunities. I also leverage OKRs, Product KPIs, and the Opportunity Solution Tree to ensure alignment between user value and business outcomes.

I dig into real behaviors, motivations, and user context using methods such as in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, and field research. I map findings through Empathy Maps, Mental Models, and Service Blueprints, and frame problems using Jobs To Be Done (JTBD). For execution, I rely on platforms like Maze, and Lookback to gather and synthesize qualitative data.

Behavioral Research & Deep User Understanding

Strategic Synthesis & Prioritization

I convert insights into actionable opportunities using Affinity Mapping, Insight Statements, and prioritization frameworks like RICE, ICE, and Impact vs Effort matrices. I connect user needs with product strategy through JTBD thinking and Design Principles, organizing everything in tools like FigJam, Notion, and Miro.

Strategic Synthesis & Prioritization

Experience Modeling & Prototyping for Learning

Rather than just designing screens, I model entire systems and flows. I build User Journeys, Information Architecture, and interaction flows that account for state logic and accessibility. I prototype with Figma, Framer, and Axure, ensuring consistency using Design Systems managed in tools like Tokens Studio, always guided by WCAG and WAI-ARIA standards.

Impact Validation & Continuous Optimization

Post-launch, I measure the real-world impact of my work. I run A/B tests and track KPIs such as NPS, CES, task completion, and conversion rates using platforms like Mixpanel, Hotjar, Google Analytics, and FullStory. I capture learnings in Learning Backlogs and iterate through structured experiment trackers in Notion or Airtable to continuously improve product experiences.
